To learn Painter X3, I'll be designing characters for a final illustration for Peggy McAloon's book "Elle Burton and the Reflective Portals".

Here you see me beginning to illustrate Amadeus. I like to begin posing my characters by sketching in the shape of the pose. However, I felt that this pose was too model-like. While searching men's shorts in Google I came upon a pose I felt reflected the character better...
